ADVANCE VACCINATION VERIFICATION PROCESS
Make sure you have your vaccination card available, or a digital copy of the card or vaccination record (photo or scan) saved to your device. (Acceptable file formats are .png, .jpg, .jpeg, or .pdf.)
Click here to create your SafeMeetings account for ASMS 2022
- Enter your name (as it appears on your vaccination card), email (that you will have access to at the conference), affiliation (organization or institute), and phone number, then click 'Create Account'
- Select 'Proof of Vaccination', proceed to upload.
Please Note: If you will provide proof of vaccination, the name entered in your Safe Meetings profile must match your uploaded vaccination card or your submission will be rejected.
You will receive an email from covid@healthwellcorp.com once your profile is created. This email will contain a unique URL for your individual Safe Meetings profile. Keep this URL and bookmark in your device.
Once your proof of vaccination is approved, you will receive an email from Safe Meetings alerting you that you are now 'Cleared' to enter the conference. You may print this email as proof of your 'Clearance Pass' or display the email from your device. Alternatively, you may use your bookmarked URL to display your 'Clearance Pass'.
