Advance Registration deadline is December 18, 2026. After December 18, fees increase by $50.

If you are registering someone other than yourself or you wish to mail a check (drawn from a bank inside the USA), please use the printable registration form.

Conference Registration Fees

$400, ASMS Members (Regular and Emeritus)
$600, Non-Members
$175, Students*
* Must be a full-time student in a degree program.
$200 Offsite Fee, if you are not a local resident and not staying at the La Fonda on the Plaza Hotel.

Lodging (hotel room) at the La Fonda on the Plaza Hotel in Santa Fe is not included with conference registration. To reserve a hotel room at the La Fonda, please go to the Lodging & Travel page.

Registration Cancellation Policy

For registration cancellations received in writing on or before January 9, 2027 the registration fee will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee.
