Location / Conference Venue (incl Parking)

Anaheim Convention Center, 800 W Katella Ave, Anaheim, CA 92802. See Convention Center Campus Map to see location of the ASMS conference on the campus. Use the main convention center building entrances across from the Marriott and Hilton hotels. For parking at the convention center, car park 1 will be open for attendees. The parking entrance is on Katella. Please see the Convention Center Campus Map. Parking in this lost is $20 per day, no in / out, no overnight.

Name Badge Printing at the Conference

Enter the convention center and look for ASMS badge printing counters immediately inside the lobby area close to Hall C.

Badge printing is open Saturday 8am-5pm, Sunday 8am-8pm, Monday-Thursday 7:30am-5pm. QR codes were emailed on May 29 at 3pm Eastern to those who registered by morning of May 29. The QR code is NOT required to print your conference badge, you may also lookup and print by entering your name on the touchscreen.

Registration

Please register BEFORE you arrive at the convention center. If this is not possible, laptop stations are available near the badge printing counters at an Internet Station.

Food & Drink at the Conference

H2O - Bring your refillable water bottle! The convention center is equipped with bottle fillers throughout the building (except for the 'halls'). Using bottle fillers in the building REDUCES the 5-gallon plastic jug waste used for water bubblers.

Breakfast - Attendees are encouraged to RSVP for a corporate breakfast seminar. Look for RSVP links in the mobile app or online planner. Breakfast seminars are in the convention center or the Marriott. Coffee stand in the main lobby and also inside the Poster-Exhibits Hall.

Lunch - Inside the Poster-Exhibit Hall find Thai Curry at the built-in concessions (middle of the hall, along right-side wall). Immediately upon entering the hall, to the right find a Jerk Chicken or Jackfruit stations, many pre-made salads with protein, and a taco stand. Find 10 food trucks daily Mon-Thurs 10:30-2:30 parked in front of the convention center.

Social Events at Convention Center

Sunday Welcome Reception in the Poster-Exhibit Hall immediately following the opening plenary (7:45-9:30pm). Poster Pick-Me-Ups in the Poster-Exhibit Hall Mon-Thurs at 1:30pm. Evening Workshop Snacks is in the foyer outside workshop rooms on levels 2 and 3, Mon-Wed 5:30-5:45pm.

Social Events - Hospitality Suites at the Marriott Anaheim

Corporate hospitality suites are open Monday - Wednesday evenings from 8-11pm in the Marriott (ground floor) just across from the convention center.

Nursing Rooms for Mothers

On the Lobby Level near Hall C (plenary room) is the closest nursing room. If the room is occupied and you need space, please come to ASMS Information Counter and we will work with the building to locate an alternative. The nursing room is private, single-use.

First Aid / Medical Services

Look for the staffed First Aid / Medical Room near the Hall B entrance. A trained nurse or Emergency Medical Service person is available.

WiFi

Free in the convention center. Use network ASMS2024, there is no password.

Speaker Ready Room is 209A

All talks MUST be pre-loaded in Room 209A (Level 2) at least one-day in advance. You may NOT bring your talk directly to session room. Go to Room 209A. More info in the Oral Presenter Guidelines.

Poster Set-up

Set up daily Monday-Thursday is 6:30-9:00 am in the Poster-Exhibit Hall located in Hall D (Lobby Level). LOOK for the Poster Supplies inside the Hall to your right when you enter --for push pins and presenter badges. More info on Poster Presenter Guidelines.

Poster Reprint Request [PosterBridge]

Use this feature in the app to request reprint - more info on a specific poster. LEARN HOW HERE. This in-app system replaces QR code stickers used the last 3 years. If you prefer analog, an envelope is posted at each poster board to drop a physical business card.
