An onsite Career Center room will be designated before the conference. The Career Center will be a place to review physical job postings or to peruse the onliine ASMS career center. Interview boothswill be available. More info HERE.

Food & Drink at the Conference
H2O - Bring your refillable water bottle! The convention center is equipped with bottle fillers throughout the building (except for the 'halls'). Using bottle fillers in the building REDUCES the 5-gallon plastic jug waste used for water bubblers.
Breakfast - Attendees are encouraged to RSVP for a corporate breakfast seminar. Look for RSVP links in the mobile app or online planner. Breakfast seminars are in the convention center or the Hilton Baltimore.
Lunch - Inside the Poster-Exhibit Hall there will be options to purchase lunch on your own.
Social Events at Convention Center
Sunday Welcome Reception in the Poster-Exhibit Hall immediately following the opening plenary (7:45-9:30pm). Poster Pick-Me-Ups in the Poster-Exhibit Hall Mon-Thurs at 1:30pm. Evening Workshop Snacks is in the foyer outside workshop rooms, Mon-Wed 5:30-5:45pm.
Social Events - Hospitality Suites at the Hilton Baltimore
Corporate hospitality suites are open Monday - Wednesday evenings from 8-11pm in the Hilton connected to the convention center by sky bridge.

Nursing Rooms for Mothers
Two designated stations for nursing are available in the Baltimore Convention Center (BCC). One station is located on the 1st floor in Charles Street Lobby (lobby for plenary session room) and the other can be found outside Meeting Rooms 341 and 342. If you need assistance, please ask at the ASMS Help Counter (near badge printing).
First Aid / Medical Services
There will be a staffed First Aid / Medical Room in the convention center. For location, please visit the ASMS Information counter in the badge printing area (Pratt Street Lobby).
