The ASMS 38th Asilomar Conference is planned as an IN-PERSON conference. By registering for the conference participants acknowledge that COVID-19 is an infectious virus that spreads easily through person-to-person contact and may cause serious illness to individuals who are unvaccinated and/or have certain medical risk factors. Participants understand attending ASMS Asilomar Conference 2023 may increase the risk of contracting COVID-19. Participants freely and voluntarily assume the risk of COVID-19 exposure and infection.

Conference Registration Fees - Advance Deadline is Septermber 13
- $400, ASMS Members (Regular and Emeritus), $450 after Sept.13
- $600, Non-Members, $650 after Sept.13
- $175, Students*, $225 after Sept.13
* Must be a full-time student in a degree program.
Offsite Fee $250. If you do not reserve a hotel room at Asilomar, you will need to pay an Offsite Fee of $250. This fee includes LUNCH tickets for Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Lodging is not included with conference registration.
Dinner Tickets for Offsite Lodgers. If you wish to purchase dinner tickets (in addition to lunch tickets included with offsite fee), you may do so via conference registration (online or printable registration form). The cost per dinner ticket is $45.
Lodging (hotel room) at Asilomar is not

. Lodging at Asilomar includes 3 meals per day.
Registration Cancellation Policy
Written notification of registration cancellations received on or before September 15 will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee.
