Conference registration will remain open through November 30. Registration provides access to all abstracts (orals and posters), recordings of oral sessions and plenaries, uploaded posters and short poster videos.


Note: at the first screen you will select 'Buy' for conference registration. It will convert to 'remove' (like 'remove from cart'.) You then scroll all the way down to bottom of page (past the closed short courses) to proceed to the next step in process.

Once registered there is a one-hour delay for acess to the online planner or mobile app. You will use your credentials to login to either platform.

Conference Registration Fees

ASMS Members*:  $250 regular, $130 students†, $0 emeritus**
Non-Members: $450 regular, $210 students†

*To register as a member, ASMS dues for 2021 must be processed by ASMS prior to conference registration.  **To register as an Emeritus member, your Emeritus membership must be active (renewed) for the conference year. See Membership page for details.
To qualify for the student rate you must be enrolled full-time in a degree program up to and including the Ph.D. at the time of the conference.

In-person or remote registration fees are the same as above. AFTER you register, look for email with link to declare if you will be in-person or remote.

  • In-person attendance = See you in Philadelphia! Watch for link to upload your vaccination status. Vaccination is required. In-person attendees also receive full online access to all recorded content until January 15. You must be in-person to present a talk or workshop.
  • Remote attendance = You may view live-streamed talks and workshops plus poster content. All recorded content will be available online until January 15.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests for refund must be received by on or before October 15. After October 15, no refunds. For cancellation requests received on or by the October 15 deadline, a $40 is deducted from the total refund to cover the cost of handling and processing.

Remote attendees of the conference will receive full access to all oral session, plenary and tutorial recordings as well as all posters (in-person and remote.) Evening workshops will be available as live-stream only (not recorded.)
