Travel Invitation Letter

Due to increased and last-minute demand for invitation letters for travel, we have prepared a special template that attendees may use to customize a personalized invitation letter on their own.

Please follow these instructions:

Download the MS Word document for invitation letter template to your device using the link above.
Replace the yellow highlighted text with your personal information. If your name appears differently on your passport (vs your ASMS.org profile), we suggest you use your name as it appears in your passport in your invitation letter. The passport number and arrival/departure dates are optional and can be included or not, at your discretion.
Once you have entered your information, remove the yellow highlights, save the file as a PDF.

If you need a contact person name and address for a travel visa application, please use the name and contact details included in the signature block of the invitation letter.
