How to Suggest a Candidate for the Next Election
To suggest a candidate (including yourself!) for the next election (December 2024), please submit the name by email to info@asms.org along with a brief statement that the individual would be willing to stand for election. This information will be shared with the Nominating Committee.
Nominee Eligibility:
- Nominees must be members of ASMS continuously for two years prior to the year of nomination.
- Nominees must also be based at a North American institution/company (this is per the bylaws of the American Society for Mass Spectrometry.)
The following Board roles will be included in the next election (December 2025): Vice President for Prorgrams, Treasurer, Member-at-Large for Education, and Member-at-Large for Membership.
