Updated Reprint Request Feature in Mobile App (and Planner)
New this year! Request poster reprints from the app or planner with a simple tap! No more QR code stickers or scanning. Go to any poster presentation and tap the Request Reprint [PosterBridge] link. See sample below.
Access Your Reprint Request History or Export List of Attendees that Request Reprint for Your Poster
This access is only available via the mobile App, not the Planner. See below how to find 'My Reprint Requests' under the [...] More tab in the mobile App.
Troubleshooting for Presenters that do NOT see list of Reprint Requests to Export:
1. You have a mobile app data update to install, check homescreen of the app for a red banner 'Data Update Available - Tap Here to Install'. Install the update.
2. The email connected to your ASMS.org login credentials is different than the email address entered for you as a poster presenter. In this situation, look for an email from alerts@ativsoftware.com sent Tuesday, June 11 to each poster presenter with requests. This email contains a list of contacts (Name and Email of those interested in receiving more info from you).
3. Your device was not compatible with the mobile app and you used the web app at the conference. Solution will be the same as #2 above.
