Posters
Mount posters when you pick-up your badge on Thursday evening or Friday morning. Remove after the Sunday afternoon session.
Poster boards are split in half (with divider tape) to accommodate TWO posters per side. NOTE: This is different than the ASMS annual conference where we feature one poster per side.
Each poster space will be approx. 43-in. x 43-in. We suggest that posters are printed at no larger than 42-inches wide. If your poster is slightly taller (portrait-style), this will be fine (it will hang slightly below the board frame).
Push pins will be available. Poster boards are Velcro-compatible but you need to bring your own Velcro!
Invited Talks and Short Talks
There will be a PC laptop and a MAC laptop available for presentations. Please arrive 30' before the session to load and test your presentation, there will be an AV technician onsite to assist you.
Invited speakers:
You have 25' for your presentation followed by 5' for Q&A.
Promoted abstract speakers: You have 15' for your presentation followed by 5' for Q&A.
Poster Highlight Talks
These are 'flash-style talks'. Each will be 30 to 45-seconds (exact length to be determined). There will
not
be Q&A after each presentation (that is what your poster is for!). Presenters are advised to prepare a minimum number of slides (like one or two).
