Short Courses at ASMS Reboot 2020

Online Short Courses, June 15 - 18, 2020

All short course registrants will receive the following:

  • Certificate of completion upon request beginning June 22. Please send request to info@asms.org.
  • Five of the courses offered will also come with access to Zoom recording of the course instruction. This feature is limited to specific courses noted below in red italics within the course listing. Access to the recording of course instruction will be available within two weeks and will require login by course registrant using their ASMS.org credentials. We cannot guarantee the video for these courses as technical issues during the instruction may prevail.

On-demand videos are now available for the five courses which were designated to have this feature:

  • 02 Glycans-Glycoproteins
  • 04 Native Mass Spec
  • 07 Bioinformatics for Protein ID
  • 09 LC-MS Troubleshooting
  • 13 Getting Started with R

Follow these instructions to view the on-demand video for your short course (if it is one of the five courses listed above):

  1. Go to asms.org.
  2. Log in.
  3. Click on My Account in the upper right corner.
  4. Select the “Courses” tab from the horizontal menu ribbon.
  5. Videos for the courses you registered for will appear here.

 Each of these courses is divided into four video parts: 1st part is Day 1 morning; 2nd part is Day 1 afternoon; 3rd part is Day 2 morning; and 4th part is Day 2 afternoon.

Videos may only be played on this special Courses tab. There is a full-screen icon in lower right corner of video thumbnail.

You are strongly advised to watch your videos, if desired, by August 31. The special page with videos will be removed at the end of August 31.
