When is the Board of Directors election and how can I vote?

The election is held annually the first two weeks of December. All current members receive an online voting ballot via email. Go to About ASMS menu page Board of Directors Election

Why does my ASMS membership expire on December 31?

ASMS membership is based on the calendar year, Jan 1-Dec 31. Many members renew their membership around a specific event, the annual conference, for example, but we encourage all to consider paying their dues early in the calendar year to enjoy all member benefits, year-round. My company would like to exhibit at the annual conference, where do I find information to sign up?

At ASMS events we refer to exhibitors as Corporate Members. Go to Member Center menu page Corporate Membership to understand our use of this term and associated benefits. Then proceed to the Conferences > Annual Conference > Exhibitor Toolkit page to learn about signing up to exhibit at the annual conference.
